Orders & Shipping
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Custom orders take 7-14 business days, and made-to-order costumes require 14-21 business days for processing. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999. For orders below ₹2,999, a flat ₹99 shipping charge applies. Cash on Delivery orders have an additional ₹50 handling fee. Express delivery (metro cities only) costs an additional ₹199.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
- Express Delivery (metro cities): 1-2 business days for orders before 2 PM
During festive seasons (Navratri, Diwali, Wedding Season), delivery may take 2-3 additional days.
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary by destination:
- USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7-14 business days
- Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): 5-10 business days
- Europe: 10-15 business days
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, real-time tracking updates via SMS, and an estimated delivery date. You can also use the "Track Your Order" feature on our website.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders. An additional ₹50 handling fee applies for COD orders. Please note that COD orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Items are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, but only in the case of misprinting, damaged, or defective items. Returns are not accepted for items correctly received as per the order placed (e.g., wrong size or colour ordered by mistake).
To request a return for damaged/defective items:
- Send pictures of the product along with the original packaging
- Ensure the shipping label and customer details are clearly visible
- Email everything to lehjabysai@gmail.com
Once verified by our support team, the refund or exchange will be initiated and confirmed via email.
Exchanges are only available for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items for a different size, design, or colour if the correct product was delivered as per your order.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the same bank account, debit card, or credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
If the order has not been processed yet, we can cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. However, if the product has already been printed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For COD orders, no cancellation is allowed after dispatch.
Products & Sizing
We offer both ready-to-ship and custom-made dance costumes. Custom-made items are tailored to your specific measurements and preferences. Please allow 7-14 additional processing days for custom orders.

We specialise in costumes and accessories for all major Indian classical dance forms including Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Odissi, Mohiniyattam, and Kuchipudi. We also offer costumes for men, women, and kids.
We recommend dry cleaning for most dance costumes, especially those with embroidery or embellishments. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Detailed care instructions are included with each product.
Payment & Security
We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.
