Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Timeframes

Standard Delivery:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Express Delivery (Available for metro cities):

  • 1-2 business days for orders placed before 2 PM

Note: Custom-made and tailored items require additional processing time of 7-14 days before shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999
  • Orders below ₹2,999: ₹99 flat shipping charge
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50 handling fee
  • Express Delivery: Additional ₹199

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping charges and delivery timeframes vary based on destination.

  • Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 10-15 business days
  • Other countries: 10-21 business days

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Processing

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1-2 business days
  • Custom orders: 7-14 business days
  • Made-to-order costumes: 14-21 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking updates via SMS
  • Estimated delivery date

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (for international orders)
  • Remote islands requiring additional courier transfers

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Dance costumes are packed with tissue paper and protective covers
  • Delicate jewelry and accessories are individually wrapped
  • Heavy items like ghungroos are securely packed to prevent damage
  • Eco-friendly packaging materials used wherever possible

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refused delivery

The package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items)
  2. Provide photographic evidence of damage
  3. Share tracking number and order details

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement may incur additional charges.

Delivery During Festivals

During peak festive seasons (Navratri, Diwali, Wedding Season), delivery times may be extended by 2-3 additional days due to high order volumes. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods.

Special Shipping Requests

Gift Wrapping

Complimentary gift wrapping available on request. Please mention this requirement in the order notes.

Specific Delivery Date

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

Store Pickup

Currently, we do not offer store pickup options. All orders are shipped to the provided delivery address.
